UPDATE Jul 2019 : Received an email from Nigel Douglas
"I recently found an old photograph of my father and am now sure that he is in your picture gallery,
#73 Northampton Grammar School cricketers (he is front row far right).
His name was Cyril Douglas, born 1913. The family lived in Wilby Street then and his father Edwin,
was a carpenter in the family building business, run by my GGF
James Douglas, out of premises at Clare Street.
Family lore has it that James' company, which employed many family members, particularly bricklayers, built the Vigo Brickworks Chimney
but whether they were the main contractor, or just played a
part has been the subject of some speculation."
